Your Role: As a Sales Agent, you will be the face of FlyLuxury, providing concierge-style planning and booking services. You will guide our clients through every step of the booking process, ensuring a seamless and personalized travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and emails, provide expert advice on travel options, and make reservations based on clients' needs and budgets.
Check availability, adjust travel dates, and plan detailed travel itineraries. to fit clients’ desired travel dates.
Craft and sell personalized travel itineraries. Promote additional services and special packages, enhancing the travel experience for our clients.
Provide post-sale assistance and ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet profit and sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
Ability to work night shifts.
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales travel agent, preferably with business class clients.
Expert knowledge of airline products and services, ability to craft personalized travel itineraries in GDS
Advanced written and spoken English skills.
Quick learning abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, with the capability to schedule appointments and follow up with clients.
