Job Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new clients and promoting our IT services, including Software Development Outsourcing, Outstaffing, and IT Consulting. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
Service Promotion:
- Present and propose the company’s IT services to potential clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales activities and performance metrics to provide regular reports to management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software development outsourcing, outstaffing, and IT consulting services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
