Fortus Group is currently looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate and manage a high volume of outbound calls, aiming to make a minimum of 120 calls per day to potential clients and prospects.
Email Outreach: Develop and execute effective email outreach campaigns to engage with new prospects. Craft compelling messages and follow-up communications to nurture leads.
Market Research: Identify and research potential leads in an unsaturated market, staying ahead of industry trends and changes. Utilize market analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads to determine their potential as viable prospects. Qualify prospects based on established criteria and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads. Provide detailed information to assist in the sales process.
Meeting Targets: Consistently meet and exceed set targets for calls, emails, and lead generation to contribute to the overall success of the sales and business development efforts.
Flexible Work Hours: Adhere to a flexible work schedule from 15:00 to 00:00, allowing for engagement with clients and prospects across different time zones, maximizing opportunities for effective communication and relationship-building (working from home)

Knowledge of American Trucking Market is an asset
Experience
No prior experience required, but sales experience will be an asset in the selection of the candidate
